DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Plan, control and direct sales activities to secure maximum sales volume and profit.

- Develop maximum potential sales from all markets for the company.

- Develop and implement an annual and monthly business plan for sales.

- Monitor achievement of sales plans and targets.

- Develop strategies and objectives with regard to revenue, profitability, new business, and market opportunities.

- To draw an action plan for business development short term and long term.

- Chief responsibilities pertaining to establishing and extending the Classic Golf & Country Club's market leadership through effective contribution towards sales, business development, marketing, and key account management.

- Generating new business avenues in the assigned market areas & evolving new markets.

- Proficient in performing Pre-sales and sales activities like drafting proposals, client interaction.

- Generating Revenue from existing clients.

- To prepare a commercial proposal and having flair for negotiation skill.

- Management & supervision of the entire marketing and sales process e.g. sessions, solutions presentation, negotiation, handover to the account management team.

- Managing & maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients.

- Should be able to Manage P & L for the Business.

- Builds Loyalty of Corporate customers through various promotions.

- To ensure that the collection team works in tandem with the finance team to ascertain the timely invoicing so as to enable timely and accurate collection of the funds.

Skills Required :

- Sound experience in Golf / Hospitality / Service sector.

- Through an understanding of Sales & Marketing.

- Excellent networking and good contacts with different industries to make them prospective clients.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Positive approach.

- Confident negotiator and ability to convert the potential clients into consumer and maintain a long term association with them.

- Problem-solving approach and ability to generate ideas and solutions.
