Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute the channel strategy for the segment, leveraging data and insights provided by the data insight team.
- Achieve the company's sales objectives by planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the sales team to maximize sales and ensure optimal distribution of company products.
- Build accurate sales forecasts and manage product inventories at various outlets.
- Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers to ensure alignment with standards.
- Prospect and develop a comprehensive database of current and prospective HoReCa customers.
- Acquire and develop new accounts, focusing on key account management.
- Actively seek new channel generation opportunities to expand the business.
- Collaborate with relevant distributors, and clients to enhance the HoReCa channel for the product range
