Manager - Sales - Home & Office Automation Products (10-15 yrs)
Hiring Sales Manager with 10-15 years of sales experience in Lightning IOT Lighting products-Home and Office Automation Products
- Candidate should have a customer-centric approach and able to understand business requirements.
- Ensure timely submission of reports, competition activities, MIS handling.
- Should be able to train the team on sales and distribution strategies
- Develop & drive the sales strategy in alignment with the business strategy for the achievement of annual sales revenue.
- Ensure recovery of outstanding payments from dealers & super distributers.
- Organize technical sessions in conjunction with sales team.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Conduct regular sales review meetings for identification of issues affecting target achievement and discuss the sales trends and best practices.
- Ensure timely provision of demand forecast to the production team for meeting customer requirements.
- Drive performance orientation through regular monitoring, review of performance parameters and providing feedback to team members.
- Give timely feedback to R&D team after analyzing market insights data to help in product enhancements and innovation analysis, market forecast and product positioning.
- Planning and implementing strategies for optimization of distribution network, improved investment levels of trade partners as well as formulation and implementation of working norms in consultation with the Sales Head.
- Supervising sales and marketing manpower as well as the hiring and training of personnel.
- Conceptualizing and executing innovative promotions to enhance brand visibility and a suitable media plan in coordination with the marketing team and external agencies.
- Maximum 7-10 years of experience in retail channel sales & distribution network.
- Should be from lighting Industry Qualification Any Graduate, MBA or science graduate Confident and aggressive in developing business strategy good presentation and communication skills

- Good Exposure, network and prior experience in working with lighting consultants, architects and interior designer segment is a MUST.
- Managing and generating revenues from large Key Accounts.
- Ability to give high impact presentations.
- Ability to map the organization/ account to achieve higher hit ratio .
- Sound technical aptitude to understand product specifications and quality certifications.
- System orientation and experience of working in an organized set-up.
- Must be able to multi-task and manage the business.
- Good networking skills is a must to generate leads .
IT Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience of working on any CRM/Salesforces Reporting system will be a plus
- Good exposure of internet
