Manager - Sales - Home Loans (1-5 yrs)
Urgently require Sales Manager for Home Loans for a Reputed NBFC of India in Bangalore location.
Only Female candidates required
Must have 2-3 years of Home Loans Sales experience
Handling - Home Loan,
- Handling - Channel Partners & Builders Profile.
- Legal, Technical & properties Decision.
- Monitoring daily logins and disbursals. And reporting to management on daily basis.
- Ensuring of login of complete files as per checklist.
- Taking the ownership of early delinquencies and working close with the collection team to resolve the
- Increase the number builder relations, connectors to create pipeline for future business. Improving the builder relationship to take it to the next level.
- Consistent effort to improve the builder relationship and thereby increasing the APF's
- Driving the business of third party products through the Connectors
