Manager - Sales - Home Loan/Personal Loan (3-6 yrs)
We are hiring for the Housing Finance sector Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, LAP
Position : Sales Manager- DSA/DST
Education : Any Graduate
Experience : 4 to 5 Years in housing finance sales -Home loan and LAP
CTC : Up to 6 LPA
Roles and responsibilities :
- To drive Personal Loans (PL) (unsecured) business through DST/DSA channel (Branch, Open Market, Digital leads & aggregators) for Muthoot Finance.
- It's a supervisory role where 15 - 20 Off Rolls will be reporting into this role.
- He will have the responsibility of meeting his budget targets, mapping the company's offerings to market needs in a fast-paced environment
- To do sales budgeting. i.e. Based on the business target Decide on Manpower required & its salary costing, Incentive structure & Targets
Must have Team leading experience :
- Min 1 year of team handling experience in affordable/mass affluent Segment - For DST Channel
- Min 2 years of handling DSA channel - For DSA Channel
