Manager - Sales - Home Loan/Loan Against Property (2-8 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults.
- Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market research.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and provide personalized solutions for housing loans, home loans, mortgage loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), HL (Housing Finance), RM (Retail Mortgage) & Home Finance.
- Develop strong understanding of various financial products such as fixed deposits, insurance policies etc. to offer comprehensive services to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues efficiently.
Job Requirements :
- Strong knowledge of housing loan/home loans/mortgage loans/LAP/HL/RM/Home Finance products.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
- Proficiency in using laptops/desktops for data entry and record-keeping purposes.
