About the Role & Responsibilities as a SALES MANAGER :
- Exceeding sales targets quarter-on-quarter and year-on-year for your Area/Territory.
- Maximising sales opportunities
- Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service and maximising relationships with both the new channel partners and the old channel partners.
- Managing the training and development of your team and a set of channel partners
- This role is ideal for someone who has an ability to communicate (verbal & non-verbal communication) effectively in English, Hindi and Kannada in Bangalore & Mysore and Tamil for Hosur.
