We are looking For HOUSING FINANCE sector in the post of SALES MANAGER-DSA/DST
Here are some details:-
Postion :- Sales Manager-DSA/DST
Education :- Any Graduate
Experience :- 4 to 5 years in NBFC/ HFC
1-2 year in Team Leading or DSA
CTC :- up to 5 LPA
Job Role:-
- Generating business through DSAS/ Builders/ Channel Partners/ Open Market.
- To handle a DSA to Achieve the business numbers.
- To plan, organise & initiate to identify New Potential DSA, CA, Financial Consultants and Brokers & Builders in Respective area.
- Training and Development of DSA.
- Managing key accounts with focused approach and nurturing relations for perpetual and productive long-term business relationships.
- To interact with builders and developers and penetrate the product through different projects.
- To manage the data if prospective clients to get business.
- Analyze financial illegibility regarding customers.
- Work Closely with legal and technical department for project approvals.
Skills Required :
- Experienced with Home Loan / Loan against Property and Mortgage loan experience of Banks/ NBFCs/ HFCs.
- Minimum 2-7 Year Exp. in Housing Finance.
