Manager - Sales - High-End Interiors (3-8 yrs)
Job Roles & Responsibilities :
1. To find new sources for business enhancement, by cold callings to Architects, interior designers, contractors
2. To find new bungalow projects & cold calling to builders
3. To develop the business, by meetings with architects, interior designers, civil contractors & builders
4. Meetings with customers for new projects
5. To establish a relationship with existing customers
6. To generate the leads
7. To prepare the quotations within set deadlines
8. To handle the inquiries
9. Negotiation with customer
10. To finalize the order
11. To follow up for payment/P.O./W.O
12. To coordinate with logistics for material supply
13. Follow up as per the payment schedule
14. Reporting to VP sales & marketing for day to day activity
Educational Qualification & Experience :
- Graduate & 3-5yrs.
- Experience in the sales field (Preferably From Highend interiors )
Preferred skills :
- Decision Making, Organizational skills, Communication skills, Team working, Ability to motivate people, Negotiation
