Manager - Sales - Heavy Duty Machine (7-8 yrs)
- Handling the Hi-tech and heavy duty machines tools of high value and high revenue. Good Customer rapport
- Keep close liaison with the customer for better understanding of the market and cooperation.
- Effective liaison with Principals for better Support and better Business.
- Plan for the future in development and prepare for obsolesce. Travel on all India basis at least 40% of the time to visit customers with local EMT Personnel.
- Should have aptitude for high value enquiries generation and conversion.
- As a Product Manager for a group of products, will be guiding to Branches for selling the same and also shall visit customers.
- The job also includes incentive based to the performance v/s target.
DESIRED PROFILE OF THE CANDIDATE :
We are on the lookout for Managerial Position - Marketing & Sales for our Mumbai Office and the profile of the candidate is as below:
Qualification:
Preferably BE (Mechanical) or BE (Production Engineering) from the reputed institutions / university. Candidate with Diploma qualification can be considered on merit.
Experience:
- Minimum 7 - 8 years in handling hi-tech and heavy duty of machine tools such as vertical boring machines, Horizontal Boring Machines, heavy milling machines, peeling and grinding machines for bars, etc.
- All these machines are related to imported machines and person should be very much experience in selling these machines tools to Private, Government, Defense, Public Sector customers. Also to have exposure on turnkey contracts.
- Should have conversant with tender procedures of Government, Defense / public sector undertakings like BHEL etc., from pre-tender to ordering.
- Should be fluent in communication (verbal and in writing) and have flair for customer rapport.
- To have total involvement in the job and keep continuous track of promised forecast in time.
