- Cold call connects with small, medium, and large-scale companies
- Spot the right lead in the companies
- Align meetings for the seniors
- Acquisition and retention of customers and increase client base.
- To ensure receivable management is under control and increase cash flow.
- Sales lead management and monitor them.
- Focus on all lines of business including Vertical and preferred Sectors development.
- Client analysis on gross margin, volume, and profitability.
- Yield enhancement.
- Attend weekly meetings and sales reviews.
- Market knowledge and competitor activities.
- Prospecting a conversion.
- Setting up customer SOP with operations.
