Manager - Sales - Healthcare Startup (2-5 yrs)
Job Summary
A candidate should be able to direct and oversee an organization's sales policies, objectives and initiatives. Set short and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
- Build and maintaining client relations
- Work with internal departments such as the Marketing or Product teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply
- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
- Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition
- Follow organisational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department
