Job-Description :

Purpose of the Role : To drive sales, bring more revenue to the company and explore new market areas.

KRA :

1. Achieve sales target on time.

2. Increase the market for the company's products by exploring new markets and other potential avenues

3. Increase sales and bring more revenue to the company.

4. Introduce new sales strategies to beat the competitors and capture the cream of the market.

5. Proper knowledge of the pulse of the market.

6. Negotiating with customers for the right terms of contract.

7. Timely collection of outstanding or credit revenues from the customers.

8. Handling dealers and assets for their proper management.

9. Interacting with different departments in times of complex problems.

10. Preparing reports on fortnightly basis, reports on monthly targets achieved and YTD (Year Till Date) achievements of targets reports, AMTP (Advance Month Tour Plan) reports

11.Organize Customer Engagement activities for the company's Products

12.Travel to New Geographies & build a active prospect funnel for all segments of Healthcare

Candidate Profile

The incumbent must be B.Sc / B.Pharma with 4-7 years sales experience of medical equipments, medical devices, medical gases etc. to pharma/Healthcare Industry
