Manager - Sales - Healthcare (8-12 yrs)
Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Qualification : B-tech Degree with MBA would be highly preferred
Experience : 8-10 years of experience in selling within one or more areas of healthcare, with a particular focus on insurance and hospitals
Client : One of India's largest healthcare exchange and advanced analytics company
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, working closely with the Executive Management team and actively contributing to key decision-making processes and strategic initiatives.
Your Responsibilities :
- Build and expand our network of healthcare participants, starting with hospitals. This entails establishing strong relationships and fostering partnerships that add value to our growing network.
- Set ambitious goals and lead your team to achieve them, ensuring our sales efforts are aligned with our overall business objectives.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan, tailored to specific market segments. This includes business model development, pricing strategy, and effective implementation.
- Define and implement a compelling sales strategy to establish enduring relationships with key personnel in the Indian health ecosystem. This involves engaging with hospitals, insurance companies, pharma, digital intermediaries, medical tech companies, and more.
- Acquire new customers and nurture existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify untapped opportunities for data monetization and drive initiatives to unlock their potential.
- Collaborate closely with the Product function to define data-driven success metrics and maximize the utilization of our network and platform.
- Identify potential strategic acquisition targets that align with our growth objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations and ensure seamless engagement with our clients.
- Deliver captivating sales pitches, compelling presentations, and engaging product demonstrations to a broad range of stakeholders.
Profile :
- To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- A genuine passion for solving healthcare problems and contributing to the development and sale of innovative solutions that alleviate industry challenges.
- Ideally, hold an Engineering-MBA background, providing you with a strong foundation in both technical and business aspects.
- Proven experience in building extensive networks, preferably within the healthcare industry. Experience in selling to enterprise hospitals is highly desirable.
- Successful track record in engaging with top management of hospitals within the med-tech sector.
- Demonstrated ability to sell effectively at senior-level, including CXO and Board levels, within large enterprises.
- Desirable experience in navigating engagements with the Indian Government.
- Strong account mining skills and the ability to foster long-lasting relationships with clients.
- In-depth understanding of the Indian healthcare landscape and current industry trends.
- 8-10 years of experience in selling within one or more areas of healthcare, with a particular focus on insurance and hospitals
