Job Description:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence. Owning, recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Develop regional market access and marketing strategy.
- Interacting with government and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with local and country wide regulations
- Provide client with new and existing product information, and assist them utilization.
- Review and propose Intuitive presence in national congresses and symposiums.
- Managing exhibition and conference in India.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Ability to travel up to 75% within India
Key Skills: This position is based in India
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Experience required - 6 to 7 years
6 to 7 years of experience in Senior Sales and Marketing positions (preferred in Fitness & medical device industry)
Working Days - 5 Days
Working Time - 9.00 am to 6.00 p.m
