Manager - Sales - Healthcare (5-9 yrs)
Job Description :
- Build strategy and execution model for year on year growth of the healthcare business on a short and long term basis
- Achieving the assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, across the assigned regions preferably with healthcare and life sciences focus
- Manage the overall sales pipeline on quarterly and annual basis
- Build and establish sales generation/business development methodologies in collaboration with cross functional team(s) such as business development, presales, operations, marketing and senior management by facilitating sales pitches and presentations, client meetings, road shows
- Build strategic relationships with key customers to enable long term revenue generation and business partnership
- Implementation of US business development team policies and procedures with regards to opportunity/sales funnel management, incentives, process and operations
- Lead and inspire and exhibit role model behaviors for the BD team
- Develop and coach team members into effective business leaders
- Ensuring CRM is up-to-date and managed well by all sales/ BD teams for US leads
- Engage in various organizational initiatives including new product/ services development, collateral management and editing for new concepts at organization level to develop new areas of growth
Requirements :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Preferable Market Research candidate from healthcare background
- This is role will be 80% Individual Contributor role and 20% Team Handling
