Position Overview:
We're seeking a Sales Manager to lead our revenue operations, managing a team of 3 demand generation specialists and 1 field sales representative. This role will drive both strategic sales initiatives and demand generation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Manage and develop a team of demand generation specialists and field sales rep
- Set clear performance metrics and growth targets for team members
- Conduct weekly 1:1s and team meetings
- Provide ongoing coaching and sales enablement support
- Create compensation plans and incentive structures
Sales Strategy:
- Drive healthcare integration solution sales
- Oversee complex sales cycles from prospect to close
- Develop territory and account penetration strategies
- Manage sales forecasting and pipeline health
- Participate in strategic deals alongside field sales rep
Demand Generation Management:
- Guide demand generation strategy and campaign execution
- Establish lead qualification criteria and scoring systems
- Oversee marketing automation processes
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance
- Ensure smooth lead handoff between demand gen and sales teams
Required Experience:
- 5+ years B2B SaaS sales experience
- 2+ years managing sales or demand generation teams
- Proven track record hitting team targets of $1M+
- Experience with healthcare technology sales
- Strong understanding of demand generation principles
- Background in solution-based selling
Technical Knowledge:
