Manager - Sales - Healthcare (5-6 yrs)
Sales Manager
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic plans to engage with doctors and healthcare professionals to promote Gini Health's services and products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, diabetes specialists, and other healthcare professionals to drive referrals and partnerships.
- Conduct meetings with doctors and healthcare professionals to provide detailed information about Gini Health's offerings, including diagnostic services, treatment options, and patient support programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding Gini Health's presence in the healthcare community, including participation in medical conferences, events, and professional associations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to doctors and healthcare professionals to effectively communicate the value proposition of Gini Health.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the healthcare industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of diabetes care and management, including knowledge of diagnostic procedures, treatment options, and patient support services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans to drive business growth.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and delivering value to customers.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
