The Job Responsibilities :
- High achieving, ambitious, and results-oriented.
- Understating of Marketing and Brand Innovative, generating original solutions with lots of ideas.
- Experience in international export sales is an additional advantage.
- Must have e-commerce sales experience.
- Experience in building the new team and leading.
- Experience and understanding of various Display and component technologies, i.e., LCD, AMOLED, Micro-LED, Micro-OLED, Driver IC, Mini-LED, LED's, Backlights and Display Module Assembly.
- Oversee advertising sales activities in the market; is accountable for achieving & exceeding targeted advertising sales revenues for the market.
- Analytics and Mathematical skills understating of advertising and capable of taking the brief from the client and suggesting solutions.
- Building a good relationship with clients.
- Be result-oriented, enforce accountability manage team performance and holds the team accountable against business metrics.
- Perform all other duties as assigned and work in collaboration with staff.
- Good network with local and national advertisers.
- Implement business strategies to generate sales & revenue.
- Set sales goals and guide subsequent goal-setting processes.
- Direct sales activities and processes that generate new business & deepen existing relationships
- Meet weekly with each individual account executive to coach, train, & oversee employee actions, strengths/areas of improvement and implement a performance improvement plan.
- Spearhead creation & implementation of all sales materials & selling tools.
- Network with local and national advertisers
- Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications/ Skills :
- Must be graduate/ advanced/ higher diploma.
- 4-5 years of experience as a sales manager or in a similar position.
- Experience in LED screen and LED Hologram fan.
- Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Open to join immediately.
- Must have Ad Sales, Inbound & Outbound sales.
