Manager - Sales - Healthcare (1-10 yrs)
We are looking for our client one the reputed healthcare industry
Sales Strategy and Execution :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets for eldercare services such as Assisted Living, Home Care, and Daycare.
- Identify and approach potential clients, including families, caregivers (especially NRIs children), and seniors, to promote the organization's offerings.
- Create customized care packages in consultation with the operational team.
- Create a database of prospective Doctors, Hospitals, Community based KOLs, Institutions working in the field of services focused on Elders, NRI networks etc.
Medical Professional Liaison
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers to generate referrals.
- Organize presentations, workshops, and events for medical professionals to showcase eldercare services.
- Act as the primary contact for referrals and maintain a database of referring medical professionals.
- Patient Counseling and Admission Support
- Engage with patients and their families in hospital settings to counsel them about eldercare solutions, including home care and assisted living.
- Guide families through the admission process, ensuring a seamless and empathetic experience.
- Address concerns, objections, and doubts professionally and compassionately.
Market Analysis and Reporting :
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.
