Manager - Sales - Healthcare (0-4 yrs)
Description
Experience in concept selling in any industry preferably media or PR and will be expected to meet revenue targets and work on a portfolio of clients. In addition to being a client leader, a manager is expected to provide on-the-job training for junior team members through ongoing counsel and effective delegation.
Technical Competency/KPIs
- New Business
- Meeting revenue targets
- Maintaining a healthy NBD pipeline
- NBD for India and International distribution
- Accountable for collection of accounts receivables
- Retention of and upselling to existing clients
- Participates in new business brainstorms and drafting new business proposals.
- Takes part in new business pitches and presentations to new business prospects.
Team Leadership Skills
- Effectively delegates tasks and oversees quality implementation.
- Takes an active interest in staff development and provides on-the-job training to team members on day-to-day account management.
- Keeps immediate supervisors briefed on the performance, ensuring recognition of good performance and that any concerns are addressed in a timely fashion.
Account Management
- Understanding and Managing the Scope of Work
- Manages client programs and ensures they are kept within budget.
- Ensures that all activities carried out for clients are properly documented and status reports are submitted.
- Oversees account administration duties such as billing, and activity reports are completed correctly and on time.
