Manager - Sales - Gold Loans (3-5 yrs)
- Responsible for generating leads for Door-step Model and closing them for disbursal.
- Increase awareness about company - while doing activities and promoting for Door-step
- Ensuring that day to day service is provided to all customer segment for Door-step service & valuation to be done as per standard procedure
- Scheme to be explained to customers properly and ensure that all terms and conditions are informed.
- Documentation to be completed properly for each loan along with KYC verification of the customer.
- Targets for the month to be met as per company expectations.
- Daily MIS to be sent with respect to leads generated and disbursal done.
- Ensure that all Gold packets reach safely back to the branch.
- Revenue generation through cross sell of other products like Insurance, PL, BL, etc.
- Ensuring that Doorstep service is extended for customers releasing Gold loans also.
