Manager - Sales - General Trade - FMCG (1-2 yrs)
Sales Manager - Mumbai
- The role is responsible for generating revenues, volumes & distribution as per targets given to a particular channel. The person in charge will be driving the business in the given channel and meeting defined KRAs on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
- Strategizing and managing MT and GT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver channel net revenues, volumes & distribution while managing customer spends
- Responsible for the entire sales and distribution in the given channel
- Competition tracking and reporting
- Plan and execute channel sales strategy and drive strategic business objectives
- Plan and launch NPDs with marketing & RD teams
- Generate Category insights to grow top line
- Devise channel strategies that enables us to achieve the right interventions with the shoppers/customers
- Build and deploy channel marketing elements and POSM as per requirements

Qualification :
- Graduation/Post Graduation from a reputed college
- 2+ years of experience in FMCG/Health/Wellness brands in GT/MT/HORECA channels
- 2+ years of on-ground sales experience in Mumbai and Greater Mumbai region (preferred)
Skills :
- Ability to analyse business potential, conceptualize & execute strategies to drive sales
- Strong understanding of categories and market trends across different geographies
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, People Management, and Team Leading skills
