Job Description
Vertical : Health Sales
- Managing the existing and Recruitment of the New agents
- Planning and driving the local scheme and engagement program for Agents
- Ensuring the agent productivity and activation
- Training and agent life cycle management
- Brand development by conducting road shows
- Ensure Nil discrepancy and high customer service satisfaction
- Ensuring meeting of the targets month on Month basis assigned to SM
- Candidate can be from GI, Life, Health Insurance Background.
Requirements :
- Graduate with minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Life Insurance/Health Insurance company.
- Self Motivated and Self starter
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Understand Insurance Products
- Client Acquisition and Retention Skills
- Customer Orientation
Preferred Industry - Insurance / Mutual fund, FMCG. Banking
Must be stable in his/her current assignment for more than a year.
