Manager - Sales - Freight Forwarding/Logistics (2-15 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide clear objectives and guidance to your sales organization.
- Excellent understanding of Sales operations, markets, and trends.
- Focus on converting high-potential accounts into long-term partnerships.
- Winning new clients while also maintaining and expanding relationships within our important large accounts.

Qualification :
- Experience in Freight Forwarding Industry.
- 2 to 10 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, and key account management.
- Knowledge of shipping, freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chains.
- Ability to frame Sales Plan.
- Proven sales success at teams & organizations you've worked at.
- Background, predominately in business development.
- Experience working within a high-growth multi-cultural environment.
