Manager - Sales - Freight Forwarding (8-10 yrs)
Sales Manager-Freight Forwarding
Location: Mumbai
Experience:8 + Years in Freight Forwarding
CTC:8 to 10 Lakhs
Key role :
- Drive the growth of client relationship into long-term strategic partnership with dedicated focus on cross-selling of integrated freight and logistics solutions
- Utilizing strong negotiation efforts to preserve business, and securing contract agreements with customers.
- Administer concurrent sales initiative from proposal stage to business closure through customer acceptance and implementation.
- Strong understanding of market structure and requirements Knowledge of the industry and all facets of Sea and Air Freight Forwarding services along with supplement products.
- Motivate and mentor coworkers / CS Team to handle shippers, agents and clients.
- Will be responsible for handling / over viewing end to end shipment by coordinating with all the sub departments like pricing, documentation and customer service, transportation and accounts and should be responsible for a smooth shipment.
- Feedback should be taken on a regular basis from clients about the services provided. Identify discrepancies or issues, suggestion for improving the process should be shared and implemented.
- In house sales target to be met and reports should be shared on a periodically with the management.
