Manager - Sales - FMCG/Pharma - Africa Region (8-15 yrs)
- Responsible for the entire business operations in Africa, which involves taking responsibility for Profit, Revenue & Commercials.
- Oversee the growth in assigned markets.
- Preparing the Strategic Roadmap for the Region by identifying the Key markets for Growth and develop a healthy Pipeline for the future
- Design various innovative sales strategies for targeted markets / region to increase sales for all existing & new product launches.
- Monitor and recommend improvement to sales plans to achieve all key business objectives.
- Coordinate with marketing team to determine marketing mix / application and ensure compliance
- Maintain all activities related to product marketing, provide support to Distributors and establish effective marketing communication.
- Establish sales campaigns targeted at specific country / region.
- Provide and implement various company-pricing policies.
- Administer sales pipeline and improve opportunities for sales.
- Coordinate with management and prepare forecasts for region and provide aid to customers
- Develop and maintain good professional relationships with Key accounts and strategic partners of company..
- Maintain efficient relationship with all international customers.
