Manager - Sales - FMCG (8-15 yrs)
- Managing the business relationships withthe GT Partners.
- Communicating and meeting with the Partners on regular basis and discuss the opportunities and planning the targets for all various products/brands
- Need to maintain strong on ground connect at retailer level.
- Identifying and onboarding new Partners.
- Establishing, developing, and maintaining business relationships with current and prospective partners in the assigned territory and to generate new business for our products/services.
- Identifying opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
- Gathering market intelligence and complete knowledge of competitors- products and services.
- Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Having in depth knowledge of the various Products and have the ability to conduct training sessions on the Company's various Products.
- Develop trusted partner relationships with the partners& their on-ground team to retain and grow revenues over time.
