Manager - Sales - FMCG (7-14 yrs)
Description of responsibility :
- Contribute to the creation of sales targets for the region
- Ensure delivery of sales target by self & team
- Drive Volume growth
- Strengthen Sales Infrastructure (DPL, Cluster Distribution etc)
- Drive retail distribution & BTL activities
- Primary & secondary Volume (Existing) - 6.5 Cr (PA)
- Execute marketing plan for visibility & promotion
- Increase penetration & visibility across region
- Tap the new markets & increase product visibility
- Identify perspective distributors, generate business from existing & hereby achieve sales target
- Drive the entire process of distributor selection based on sales strategy
- Distributors profitability & ROI
- Manage Trade Activities
- Regular interactions with distributors
- Explain company products & policies to the distributors.
- Follow all reporting standards & protocols
- Ensure timely reporting (Daily, Monthly) & Day one formats etc
- Execution of Rebate Programs
- Conduct meetings for communicating & cascading of Rebate Programs & review it on monthly basis
- Providing On the Job (OTJ) Training to his reportees along with the ZSDM
- Create growth path for this team within the organization & keep them motivated.
- Monitor performance of team members & guide them to improve their deliveries.
