A leading FMCG business conglomerate with a global presence is looking for Sales Manager for its operations in Mozambique.

ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION: A leading agri-business conglomerate operating in 70 countries, supplying food and industrial raw materials to over 16,000 plus organizations customers worldwide

JOB LOCATION: Mozambique (Africa)

Experience- 5-11 Years

Sales and Distribution Management

1. Achieve volume and value targets on a monthly, quarterly & yearly basis, for the assigned market.

2. Manage and control the sales budgets and ensure optimal utilization to drive volume growth.

3. Work closely with the Regional Manager on the RTM agenda and drive it in the market to make the sales organization future ready.

4. To assign sales & distribution targets to the team to seek maximum market potential and to achieve the objectives set for the area.

5. Ensure regular tracking of performance through daily, weekly and monthly sales reports. Need to track both quantitative and qualitative information.

6. To provide leadership, motivation, and control to achieve the sales goals. Also to evaluate the performance and nurture professional skills of the Sales Team with appropriate training & development.

7. Lead the channel management agenda in the region. Regularly evaluate the channel partners and develop partner capability in order to maximize the company's objectives.

8. To ensure optimal distribution of goods and very high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring effective coordination between Sales and Logistics functions.

9. To ensure that credit policies of the company are implemented and closely monitor financial due diligence in the internal and external workplace.

- The incumbent should be currently working with a reputed FMCG/ beverages/ agri based/Consumer Durable organization.

- Must have worked/ be working with tier 1 FMCG in Sales/related roles

SALARY AND BENEFITS :

- 25 to 35 Lacs (net of taxes)) and other expat benefits (Fully furnished family Accommodation, transportation, medical & utility expenses, air tickets to and fro to home country for self and family, paid vacation etc.) will be provided by the organization.
