Sales Manager
- Graduate with MBA in Marketing having 5 to 10 years of sales and marketing work experience.
- Should have experience in selling & marketing of FMCG product & Furnisher & products to major customers and Retails.
Job role and responsibilities :
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining harmonious relationships with clients ensuring smooth & continuous flow of transactions.
- Qualify, target and secure new clients in line with the Sales Plan.
- Maintain and progress an active Sales Pipeline of prospect clients.
- Responsible for handling clients/ agents inquiries and servicing customer s needs.
- Pursuing leads and sales channels
- Close sales deals with new customers and known leads
- Business development to find new leads
- Customer Requirement and Market Research
- Competitive benchmarking of existing and ancillary products
- Develop the company Brand with appropriate marketing plans and promotional items
- Ensure timely collection of the Account Receivables from customers
- Prepare and submit Quotations, Tenders on time with high accuracy to meet appropriate customer needs.
Required skills :
- Smart and confident with good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical skill.
- Ready to travel extensively within city
- Knowledge of the Transportation sector a plus
- Detail oriented and should be able to carry him/herself in a professional manner
- Strong work ethic to pursue leads and persist amidst several demands and challenges
- Good Communication and presentation skill in ENGLISH and be able to Speak HINDI and more than one South Indian language fluently.
