Manager - Sales - FMCG (3-6 yrs)
Experience Requirements : 3 - 6 years
Reports to : Managing partners
Key Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive business growth.
2. Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure they meet or exceed their sales targets.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.
4. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the beverage industry and our products and services.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies and promotional materials that support sales efforts.
6. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
7. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and areas for improvement.
Qualifications And Skills :
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the beverage or food industry.
3. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
5. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve their goals.
6. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
