Manager - Sales - FMCG (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Must learn about our coffees, and brewing methods and follow our SOPs to sell our coffee.
- Build strong relationships with distributors of coffee machines/coffee suppliers to identify leads for sales and close the leads.
- Work with cafe/restaurant chains and ensure a pipeline of inquiries resulting in sales closure.
- Should be willing to travel across different established markets, and also able to identify newer growing markets.
- Build vital knowledge of relevant coffee equipment and ensure end-customers are satisfied with the entire inquiry to the installation process.
- Present new ideas and products to current accounts and leverage to increase engagement and business.
- Deliver revenue targets as per deployed plans.
- Train as and when required for Key clients/ cafes/ Restaurants/ corporates.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree (Full time)/ MBA with Overall, 3-4-year experience, min 3 years in FMCG sales or Coffee related business
PREFERRED SKILLS "
- Strong Presentation, Negotiation Communication skills Self-starter, Bias for Action, Strategic Analytical Thinking
- Cafe operations or Restaurant operations experience and Barista experience preferred.
