Manager - Sales - FMCG (2-7 yrs)
We need a person capable to handling the Sales TSO at multiple locations and be able to drive sales metrics. Thus for the role an ASM for a small FMCG brand may suit the requirement with FMCG experience 2 -6 years + team handling experience 2-5 years is a must for this profile.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Customer Development
1. Identify local business brand/product distribution opportunities and challenges.
2. Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers/brand teams
3. Work with accounts and push for Coverage, Revenue, Collection
4 Collaborate with different territories to share best practices.
Reporting :
1 Report on area sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually).
2. Work closely with hub team teams to meet individual and group sales quotas.
- In Market Sales
1 Be able to lead & manage a team of 5-6 TSO's
2 Be able to answer queries on features, benefits and pricing.
3 Be able to cross-sell products, when appropriate.
4 Be able to manage retail, wholesale general & modern trade
5. Ensuring working capital is kept in check through timely market collections by the team
Market Development :
1 Be able to identify the right stores for products in the assigned area.
2 Be able to map store clusters into workable beats.
3 Be able to assign the right credit & delivery terms for each store.
4 Be able to list products and manage SAMT/Key Accounts
Background :
- Must have FMCG sales background (Packaged Food, Home & Personal Care or both) and multiple category knowledge. 2-6 years of experience.
- Have a drive for retail & strong WS management.
- Candidates with multiple category experience with multiple companies would have an edge
- Must be able to handle PDA / Smart-phone and basic knowledge of using sales apps.
- Excel knowledge is a must.
