Manager - Sales- FMCG (2-7 yrs)
Deliver weekly and monthly sales targets by meeting and converting assigned leads
- Meet and Pitch Rupeek's offerings to potential customers
- Build trust by handling customer objections
- Flawless execution of SOP while on the field
- Build long term relationship with HNI customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Co-ordinate with Central team to resolve issues in on-going transactions
- Share local insights from the field to the central team
- Demonstrates strong rigor and ability to sell a difficult product in a B2C set up with a target driven mind-set
- Presentation- should invoke trust
- Communication- Fluency in local language and Basic English

Personal
- Graduate with 1-7 years of B2C Field Sales Experience in Telecom, FMCG, Financial
products or High Value, Low Volume product.
- Preferably between 25-30 years of age
- Excellent Communication Skills in the local language(basic English)
