Manager - Sales - FMCG (2-5 yrs)
- To play a critical role in sales forecasting and generating the leads through different mediums. To prepare sales plan, allocate requisite budget and quarterly plans (Sales Funnel).
To make Sales Visits to customers at head office / sites to qualify the sales lead and understand the requirement in detail.
- To identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; establishing long term relationship with customer
- To prepare techno-commercial proposals for the customer based on the requirement (RFQ) and lead the negotiation till order closure.
- To keep up with the latest technology trends and keep up with competitors- products to provide feedback to add new features to the existing products. To train and develop the fresh talent in the organization.
