Job Title : Territory Sales Manager

Job Location : Telangana, (Warangal, Hyderabad, Adilabad, Karimnagar)

Job Description :

- As a Territory Sales Manager at MPCP Care Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our market presence in the Telangana region, specifically in Warangal, Hyderabad, Adilabad, Karimnagar. Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals in the assigned territory.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders.

- Achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends, and identifying new business opportunities.

- Conducting product presentations, training sessions, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.

- Providing regular sales reports and market feedback to the management team.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any field.

- Proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably in the cosmetic industry.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.

- Familiarity with the Telangana market and understanding of consumer behavior.
