Manager - Sales - FMCG (12-20 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
1. Volumes & Market Share - To achieve CSD & NCSD Volumes and Market share targets. Focus Brand/Pack Volume, Focus Brand/Pack Contribution, Focus Brand/Pack Market share targets.
2. Financials - To achieve the Targeted Gross Revenue & PBT and maintain the Targeted Savings/Expenditure under Cost Heads.
3. Plant Operations & Quality - Coordinate with plant Operations head, Quality head for proper product availability & quality issues.
4. People Management - To achieve Team productivity targets and manage Capability Building, Incentive Plan, & Performance Management.
Key Customers :
- Internal Region Office
- External Distributors, Local Government Authorities, Vendors, Local Community.
Educational Qualifications : M.B.A. from a reputed B-School.
Work Experience in years (Industry specific) 10-15 years
