Required - Sales Manager - FMCG INDUSTRY
Location: SURAT, Gujarat, India

Salary - 15k to 35k Max
Must have 1-5 years of experience in Sales management within the FMCG industry.
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food or agricultural products industry.
Responsibility Area -
Sales Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Set sales goals and objectives for the team and create action plans to achieve them.
Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members as needed.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to ensure the team's success.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients and partners.
- Act as the main point of contact for strategic accounts and handle negotiations.
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Operations and Reporting:
- Oversee sales operations, including pricing, contracts, and order management.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to management.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to optimize sales processes.
