Job Description
In this role, you are primarily responsible for user growth and retention of your designated area.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with all housing societies and resident welfare associations within your locality
- Source and conduct promotional events and various BTL activities like activations, flyers etc.
- Directly lead a team of freelance promoters to conduct events
- Ensure good customer experience at promotional activities
- Assist the management in implementing new strategic initiatives as well as contribute with ideas for effectively scaling up the user base in your locality
- Achieve and exceed your targets
Requirements
- Attitude & Aptitude for Sales
- Education: Graduation or above with 1-3 years of Sales/BD experience
- Willingness to travel within the city
- Confident, pleasing and go getter personality
- Passion to deliver a positive customer experience
- Should be a team player, working alongside people from all walks of life
- Ability to create reports in MS Office

- Location: Field (Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad)
- Weekends are working, off on a weekday
