Role & Responsibilities :
- Establish and manage a network of distributors and retailers in the given territory
- Create/expand and lead a team of Channel Partners.
- Acquiring new merchants.
- Has a flair for numbers and delivering the assigned business targets driving sales activities.
- Customer-centric approach with customers and should be an excellent negotiator.
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Forecast potential sales and revenue targets effectively from new and existing markets and maximize sales
- Should possess strong analytical, presentation, networking, relationship building
Skills :
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, adaptable to changes, takes initiative and have creative selling approaches
Qualifications :
- MBA in Sales & Marketing
- Familiar with the basic operations of computer
