Manager - Sales - FMCD -South/East (5-10 yrs)
1. To handle the end- to- end sales of STB's and set of Key accounts to get continuous business. Ensure achievement of the sales & Revenue targets, by selling Set top boxes and other product solutions.
2. The role is responsible for achieving the set order booking/ revenue targets for the vertical in the region by effectively handling sales and taking care of their entire range of order.
3. The role is responsible for identifying & developing new leads from new / existing clients, coordinating first kick- off meetings, reviewing customer requirement.
4. Further, the role handles day- to- day customer management about sales and provides timely resolution for customer issues and complaints.
5. The role is required to regularly interface with the client and take account of any changes in customer needs. The role is responsible for practicing effective relationship management with clients requiring to nurture associations.
6.The key challenges for the role are:
- Get new clients, managing & building long- term relationships leading to increased business for Company.
- Managing difficult customers competently while ensuring no customer churns.
- Handling each customer transaction from end- to- end and ensuring.
- customer delight, despite drastic increase in number of transaction.

- Excellent communication in Local, Hindi and English language.
- Good in documentation.
- Ability to maintain good client/customer relationships.
