Manager - Sales - FMCD (8-10 yrs)
1. Handling Modern Trade (MT) customers covering following segments such as :
2. Account Management, Sales, Category Management, Retailing and respond to customer queries.
3. Regular visitations to the MT customers understand their needs and offer solutions in line with their expectations.
4. Monitor the sales/visibility of products in the retail showrooms
5. Work with sales coordinators of the customers, generate requirements from retails and push to their HO
6. Devise and deploy a cost-effective Route to Market to provide optimal service levels to all customers.
Qualifications and Experience :
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
2. 8-10 years of progressive experience in modern trade customers like Reliance retail , DMART , etc preferably in the consumer durables like appliances , general merchandise , FMEG
3. Ideal fit would be a candidate who can liaise with the modern trade stores like Shoppers stop, lifestyle and Central would be great fit.
4. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and market insight.
