Manager - Sales - FMCD (3-9 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy Development : Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets for our consumer durable products.
- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team of 10-15 members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Sales Targets : Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, ensuring consistent achievement and growth.
- Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to adapt and refine sales strategies.
- Customer Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Reporting & Analysis : Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Training & Development : Identify training needs and provide coaching and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaboration : Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the consumer durable products sector.
- Leadership : Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a sales team of 10-15 members.
