Manager - Sales - Flow Control Solutions (7-13 yrs)

The expectations from the role :
- Responsible for the Revenue and P&L for the geography / territory including collections / working capital mgmt
- Project Sales / Customer Acquisition esp in Oil & Gas, Petro, Water treatment, EPC industries
- Customer Relationship Mgmt
- Key Account Mgmt
- Corporate Sales
- Techno-commercial involvement in costing / pricing / deals
- RFQ / RFP - Quotation Management, Contract Management
- Distributor Network Management / Channel Mgmt
- Team Management / Leadership
The Person for the role :
- Graduate / PG in Mechanical Engineering with about 7 to 12 years of experience in sales with experience managing large scale customers in industrial products like pumps, valves etc. Good understanding of the pumps and valves market preferred.
- Experience in Project Sales, Key Account Mgmt and Channel Mgmt
- Good understanding of techno-commercial aspects of the selling process including Contract Mgmt, Pricing
- Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction Mgmt
- Experience selling to large scale customers in Oil & Gas, Petro, Water Treatment etc will be preferred.
- Experience managing a team of engineers and field sales personnel.
