Sales Manager - Fixed Deposit _ HNI/Ultra HNI
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Managing sales of assigned location in HNI/Ultra HNI vertical and achieving the productivity.
- Products to be handled primarily Fixed deposits and cross selling other banking products
- Responsible to deliver the goals through HNI/Ultra HNI segment
- To analyse business needs & competition data to identify trends & new opportunities.
- Drive revenue and product per customer penetration compliance with legal requirements, industry regulations, organizational policies and professional code of conduct High energy levels, self-motivated and a Go getter.
Desirable Skills :
- Any graduate : Equivalent 5-10 years of total experience in relevant segment Preferred from BFSI / Branch banking / Priority Banking in relationship management role
- Should have experience in handling HNI/ Ultra HNI relationships and worked at direct to customer role
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Should have meticulous approach to relationship management well aware of catchment
