Manager - Sales - Fitness Products (1-3 yrs)
We are looking for a Sales Manager to take our products to the market and help customers become healthy and happy. The product portfolio includes fitness products for athletes and fitness enthusiasts & wellness products for the whole family.
As a key member, you will utilize your sales abilities and relationship building skills to identify, develop and close sales opportunities. The position will work closely with other functional teams (Product Development, Quality, Customer Service, Finance, etc) and will represent Enlightlife Science Pvt. Ltd. at industry and related events.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Achieve or exceed quarterly & annual planned sales goals
2. Approaching Doctors, pharmacies, Corporates, Sports & Fitness Institutes, Schools etc., for tie-ups and revenue generation opportunities
3. Engage in a meaningful dialogue with customers to determine the needs and how Enlightlife products & services could meet such needs
4. Identify opportunities & participate in the preparation and planning of tradeshows / events
5. Being part of outdoor sales activity and offline events along with other team members
6. In collaboration with Marketing Department, prepare the required promotional material (samples, brochures, kiosk, presentations, etc.)
7. Submit weekly & monthly activity reports
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
1. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with Clients.
2. Effective influencing, negotiating and relationship building skills together with excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Proficient in Microsoft applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
4. Passionate about sports, health and fitness and familiar with Nutrition.
