As a Sales Manager, you will source, help and guide customers to enable them to select the product most suitable for them basis the profile and Bank / Lender policies.
What you will do:
- Maintaining knowledge of Different Bank Policies and market practices on Various Credit Cards & Loans
- Ensuring timely completion of applications and relevant documents sourced, by promptly coordinating with channel partners and customers.
- Achieving targets assigned as per the work profile and geography
- Promoting and Selling / Cross Selling products / services using in depth product knowledge
- Expediting the resolution to the problems or complaints to maximize customer / channel partner satisfaction.
- Coordinating with Bank and In-House teams to accelerate the work process.
- Reaching out to old and new customers with various product offers and pitching them the benefits
- Sourcing and on-boarding new channels, Connectors etc and thereby increasing penetration in the area allocated.
- Maintaining positive business relationships with Channel Partners and Bank back office teams.
- Training and supporting channel partners on a regular basis to ensure maximum productivity.
- Conducting activities across Corporates, Malls, Railway stations etc to generate new leads for company products and services.
- Maintaining & timely Updating of the records as per the task assigned.
What you need to have :
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Graduate / Post Graduate degree or equivalent
