Manager - Sales - Fintech (7-15 yrs)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and develop web aggregator relationships to drive indirect business
- Identify & develop opportunities to seed online products in traditional distribution channels like Broca, ( broker and channels) Bank & others
- Drive development and implementation of online business strategy and related processes
- Own channel's financial targets and ensure achievement of planned revenue and customer acquisitions
- Work closely with Product Management team to identify opportunities for new product development & competition activity,
- Drive development of positioning & communication strategy for online sales with brand marketing team
- Work closely with Operations (New Business, UW, medical & others to create & establish relevant processes for prospect funnel management, online policy issuance & other aspects of customer management
- Drive digital marketing strategy for online sales channel with web marketing team and create synergies with other online marketing initiatives of the company
- Collaborate with IT to develop ecommerce platform, experience enhancers and online application enhancements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Delivery of both top line and bottom line business targets
- Maintaining the desired product mix
- Ensuring spread of business to mitigate risk of dependency on a few relationships
- Analyze KPIs, customer trends, process and platform gaps and ensuring required process improvements
- Compliance with Regulatory and Legal guidelines
- Budget management
