Salary : Upto 6 Lacs + Incentives

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Direct sourcing & origination of primarily Salary on TAP Product.

2. Client interface, pre and post-application documentation.

3. Timely recruitment of BDOs as per requirement / plan / budget.

4. Regular training of BDOs to ensure awareness of Product Policy.

5. Will be responsible for meeting Muthoot branches and ensure generation of Business

6. Disbursement of Loans from Branch targets month on month.

7. Ensure that funneling activities/cold calls are being carried out by BDOs.

8. Ensure continuous flow of customer leads and logins.

9. Ensure that customer service levels are kept in terms of response TAT and that no wrong commitments are made to the customer.
